From start to finish Dr.Toulson and his staff were and are still outstanding—I’ve called a few times with questions that we’re answered immediately, including one time when the answering service conferenced in one of the doctor’s PA’s so that I could get a painkillerRx refilled on a Saturday afternoon—no lie, to my amazement she got the PA on the phone with us as I held for maybe a minute—that’s great follow up service! I woke up after my left hip replacement surgery, and the pain that I had long-suffered was gone. Two day stay in the hotel-like physician owned McKinney Methodist Hospital, where I was very well tended to by great nurses and technicians. It was so nice I wanted to stay an extra day..;-)). If you need a new hip I highly recommend you have Dr. Toulson take care of it.

Great staff, caring and friendly yet extremely professional. The office where I had my procedure done had the most awesome view of the trees and golf course. Highly recommend the whole experience. Can't yet give info about the procedure. I have to wait and see how it works for me.

Dr Toulson and Brian are both wonderful. They were so attentive and did not rush. Brian did my injections and he was great. This was my first injection but because of my good experience I will go back.

Even though they confirmed what I had been told by another ortho surgeon, it was in the delivery of the news and providing me with options. Have had care here in the past and always grateful for the care they demonstrate with their patients

Dr. TOULSON WAS RECOMMENDED BY MY DAUGHTER AND MY HEART DR.
Boy, were they 100% right on. From the time I entered the waiting room until I left the office I felt warm, comfortable, and absolutely secure with everyones care. The fellow patients were even warm and friendly.
Dr. Toulson the room and I knew I had made the right choice. His warm smile and sweet voice made me feel at ease. He told me all the information about my surgery and every thing I needed to know. Then his surgery scheduler did the rest. She detailed every test and appointment and gave me time to ask questions. Kudos to Dr. Toulson and staff. Cant wait to start feeling better under their capable hands. God Bless.
