I love that I never feel rushed. Dr Thompson takes the time to explain things, allows questions, LISTENS, and is very thorough! Rest of the staff is great too!

Saw me relatively quickly, got X-rays, and initial diag (still need an MRI to know for sure), and options, including cortisol shot to ease the pain for now

Everything went well back in the exam room. Everyone back there was exceptional. The only negative thing I have to say was at checkout. The lady up front wanted to collect my co pay. I told her I have no co pay because I have paid my limit on my individual and family co pay. My family has not had any co pays for three months. She said it say right here you have not. I told her to file it on the insurance. I’m not going to debate the issue in front of other patients waiting to check out

I'm in my 6th week healing up for my right knee replacement. This is my second knee replacement, as now I have both of my knees replaced and I am extremely happy with the way they have both healed up. The left knee was completed in August of 2019, and this one- my right knee, just 6 weeks ago. Dr Snow has done great work with my knees and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr Snow and your whole team.

I have been a patient at Alpha Orthopedics for several years. I just had a full knee replacement performed by Dr Brian Snow. He is an amazing surgeon who truly cares for each of his patients. He listens to all your concerns and answers all your questions. He explains everything so that you understand and have all the information you need.
